Refund & Cancellation Policy (EU-Compliant)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SCREEN MOBILE. All sales and returns are handled in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable Latvian consumer protection laws.

1) Price Guarantee

If a product you purchased is reduced in price on our website within 72 hours of your order, we will refund the difference. Requests must be submitted within 3 working days from purchase.

2) Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

EU customers have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

• Notify us in writing by email: support@screen-mobile.com or oremetco@gmail.com.
• Return the goods within 14 days after sending your withdrawal notice.
• Items must be in unused, original condition, complete with packaging, labels and accessories.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable) to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3) Order Cancellation

• Before dispatch: you may cancel for a full refund.
• After dispatch: cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still use your 14-day withdrawal right (see Section 2).

If an incorrect delivery address was entered, contact us immediately. After shipment we cannot reroute parcels.

4) Items Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 working days of receipt and provide:

1. Photos of the outer box (front & back) showing damage;
2. Photo/video clearly showing the damaged product;
3. Brief description of the defect or damaged area.

After review, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

5) Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, custom-cut screen protectors and spare parts that have been unsealed, installed, or used cannot be returned unless defective.

6) Refund Processing Time

We process refunds within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting returned goods. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post funds.
